Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days of receiving a confirmed (and paid for) order usually orders are sent within 24 hours on working days. When there are stock shortages you will be notified by email or telephone and you will have the option of waiting or amending your order.

UK deliveries are sent by 1st class post (signed for service for any goods over £60 in value or to a workplace or Halls of Residence address). For a small additional sum your shopping can be sent by special delivery (guaranteed UK weekday next day delivery) - please select UK Mainland Next Day from the delivery country options on the drop down menu at the checkout stage if you are shopping on line or preferably telephone us to arrange this before 3pm (so we can ensure we have the stock & see your order). Both recorded delivery and special delivery require a signature so if you are not there to sign for the packet it will be held at your local sorting office.

International deliveries are sent by airmail and for goods over £60 in value will require a signature on delivery.  Please be aware that once goods are sent then we can only tell you when they were SENT and not when they will be delivered.  This is because we are at the mercy of customs and postal services.  It often takes 10-15 working days for parcels to reach USA / Canada and Australia / NZ. 

Our standard postage rates are:

UK delivery £3.50 -£5 per package depending on weight and size.
International airmail Europe £5-£7 per package
Rest of the World airmail £6-£8 per package

Very light goods (postcards and stickers) will cost less to send.
Heavy goods or large items such as mugs, photo albums, kitbags and umbrellas) will cost slightly more.


Cancellation and returns
In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we have a 14 day no quibble guarantee for unworn and unused products except where goods are made especially for you - particularly as Club kit. If your goods are custom-made then we are unable to exchange or refund them if you change your mind or have ordered the wrong size or if we were given a mis-spelling. We can only give refunds in the very rare event that there is a fault. If you need to send your shopping back to us for exchange or refund please include a note with your name, address and what action you would like us to take (eg: please exchange for size Z / please refund to my card). It would help us if you would tell us why it is being returned (unwanted gift, colour not right etc) but this is not necessary.

All you need to do is send the garment / product back to us (do get some proof of posting but it is unnecessary to pay extra for a signed for service in UK) and we will act on it as soon as it arrives here.

We regret that we are unable to refund postage for delivery and returned items except in the unlikely event that the original goods are faulty.
